Scheduling

We will be using Mindbody Online Software for booking classes and seminars. It is our requirement that every client schedule their classes on-line. The reasons are two-fold. The first is to allow us to keep our class sizes down to an effective training ratio. The second is to hold our clients accountable, and on track, with their fitness goals.

All memberships include unlimited class attendance, allowing our clients to attend as many classes and seminars as they wish. As a result if a scheduled class is full a wait list will be generated, also through Mindbody Software, and clients will be allowed into a full class at the trainers discretion. It is not our desire to deny anyone the ability to utilize their membership, however we want to be able to give every client the attention they deserve in order to ensure safety and proper execution of CrossFit exercises.
