It is a one-month long program that meets for 12 one-hour sessions. You will get personal training, nutrition counseling, and workouts that jump start your progress towards fitness..
Once you complete On-Ramp, it will make for a smooth and easy transition into our group classes. You will be able to take part in group W.O.Ds with confidence and great success.
